At Labubuxia, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the exclusive and collectible nature of our products, our return policy is strictly regulated to maintain fairness and protect product integrity.

Refund and Return Window

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The item must be in resalable condition, with all original tags or protective elements intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Items that are returned used, opened, damaged, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Mystery Boxes
  • Limited Edition Releases
  • Collectorโ€™s Vault Products
  • Discounted or Final Sale Items
  • Any item marked as “Non-Returnable”

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive another item, you must return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Procedure

To start a return, you must first contact our customer service team at labubuxia@gmail.com.

  • Pictures of the product
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at labubuxia@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is approved and received:

  • We will inspect the item within 3โ€“5 business days.
  • If accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7โ€“14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
